In the Notification of Reserve Bank of India, Foreign Exchange Department, No. FEMA. 358/2015-RB, dated December 02, 2015 bearing G.S.R. 920(E) and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-section (i) (hereinafter referred as Gazette Notification):—

(i) at page no. 3 of the Gazette Notification in English version, under para no. 3, in 2nd line, for “Schedule I” read “Schedule II”.

2. The other contents of the Gazette Notification shall remain unchanged.
