OUR DELIVERY MODELS

Our delivery models are extremely flexible and are designed to suit our client’s specific requirements, varying from comfort levels and scenarios. Whether outsourcing is part of our client’s strategy for cost reduction, improvement of operations, restructuring of operations or for any other purpose, we offer services that will provide financial return, risk mitigation and strategic alignment. The selection of the particular delivery model is dependant on our clients’ specific needs.

On Site Delivery Model

In normal circumstances, we deploy one or more of our professionals at our client’s work place, with off site support from our Office on a continuing basis. These onsite professionals are in constant touch with their respective Delivery Managers who visit the client’s work place on a frequent basis, to understand the progress of the current assignment and plan for future assignments. This model is recommended for accounting outsourcing and for small and medium companies in the IT and other sectors.

Offshore Delivery Model

The offshore delivery model entails that all needs of our clients are handled by our professionals working from our office premises, with occasional visits to our client’s work place. This model provides our clients the advantages of accessing top caliber senior manpower under one roof and is ideally suited for advanced assignments.

Hybrid Model

This model, a combination of both onsite and offshore is the best of both worlds, and results in optimized costs and maximized efficiency for our clients. The onsite team will directly interact with the clients and will serve as business solution providers. The offshore team operating from our premises, will interact with the onsite team and will provide additional crucial support, thereby reducing costs and implementation time. This model allows for scalability and has enormous operational benefits.
