CIRCULAR NO.DMN/VAT/CASH-LESS/1-90/2018-19/559 (DAMAN & DIU), DATED 28-9-2018

As per the directions of the Commissioner (VAT & UTGST), Daman & Diu, Daman, all the VAT dealers and all the GST taxpayers, now onwards, are required to submit all their applications/refund claims/appeals, Audit Reports, Balance Sheets and ‘C’ Forms along with all the relied upon documents/supporting evidences in both hard copy and soft copy. This circular is in force with immediate effect.
